Various versification translations and short bible name updates - cs, fi, fo, lt, pl, ru

These JSword versification localisations from translators have been accumulating during the past few weeks.

And Bible makes much use of section names from Jsword so you will find various versification.UserMsg properties files attached that were not in from JSword. Also there are some new and updated BibleNames.properties. The updated ones include ShortNames, which I have been requesting.

I can only add 3 attachments so I put all the localisation files in a zip but for visibility the files in the zip are:
