BibleNames_no.properties should be deprecated and replaced with BibleNames_nb.properties and BiibleNames_nn.properties

Until they are replaced people working in Norway will probably not get the correct localized text. I am not Norwegian but this is what I have been told by somebody who is.

I have attached the translated properties files and also added a SectionNames properties file for nb
