Add sites does not retain the saved settings

            WinXP Sp3 fully patched.

            Description

            I have repeatedly attempted to add the Xiphos repository using the Edit sites | Add sites feature.

            The added settings have never persisted beyond the current session of using BD.

            The saved settings have been shown to work OK within the current session.

            Is this a bug?
