            Description

            When displaying BD in Farsi, it should lay out components from right to left.

            This would hold true for Hebrew, Arabic, Urdu, Syriac, ... and all other right-to-left translations of the BD UI.

            At this time the JSplitPane does not honor the notion of ComponentOrientation. This will need to be added to FixedJSplitPane.

                As far as I can tell, everything is done other than JSplitPane.
