  2. MOD-374

GenBook module BaptistConfession1689 has 326 instances of “\.” that should simply be a period.

    Details

      Description

Suspected artefact of a mistake using PCRE in the replace field during a text editor search and replace.

Replace all “\.” by “.” should fix this bug.

Aside: Today I also sent an edited .conf file to @DomCox with some corrections and improvements.

There’s also one malformed reference note that must have missed being parsed due to an incomplete book abbreviation.

<note>Tim. 2:5</note> needs fixing and making into a proper reference. It should be “1 Tim. 2:5”.

Romans 10:10 in the title should be made into a reference (though not a note).

32 apostrophes \x27 should be replaced by U+2019 Single Right Quotation Mark used as a typographical apostrophe.

Also the list of Bible books in the canon has “Esther” misspelled as “Ester”, even though it’s correctly spelled in a subsequent reference.

There are three reference elements with invalid osisRef attributes containing a space that should be split into two separate references.

There’s one reference in which the osisRef string contains an EOL.
There are also a few cases where an EOL occurs part way through the element word “reference”.

The .bdt file should have Unix style EOLs (LF) but there are 3 lines that have CR instead.

24 lines have length 8192 and this seems to be a module build software bug.
6 of these were part way through a reference element.

Those were for a different module called Westminster.
