Module options not working in index search

If I do an index search (say for "meek" in the KJV), the search works well, but none of the module options (particularly Strongs numbers or cross-references) work. I can turn them on in the Module Options menu, but they don't appear.

Related—I think, though I'm not sure—is that the display of the KJV without Strongs in this mode is strange, as if there is an extra space for where the Strongs numbers would be. In particular, there seems to be extra space before all punctuation. This is not true if I use a passage search.
