Show app window with correct side bar widths.

The application loads, shows the window and after that re-applies the sidebar widths as they were stored in the session.
It should be that the sidebars apply their widths while loading the session so that they already have the right widths when the windows is shown.

However, this involves changing the session file format and is considered a major change.
