          I think Scope= should be added to the conf.
          This field would be one of these forms:
          OSISref – Just contains what is referred to by the OSISref: a single book, chapter or verse.
          OSISref-OSISref – Contains everything from the first OSISref to the second OSISref, inclusively.
          or a comma separated list of these.
          The default would be Gen-Rev.

          As an addition to this, how about a the option of a default Bible? The idea is that if I have a version of the Bible that is NT only, and it has a link to an OT verse or if my commentary has a link to an OT verse, then when I hover with the mouse over the link the popup window does not display the OT verse because it is not in the Bible that I am currently looking at. In this case the OT verse would be shown from the default Bible so that the popup would still work rather than coming up blank.

          BibleDesktop give you a choice to either have links go to the Bible that is currently being viewed or to the default Bible. Are you thinking of something more than this?
