            Description

            Open an OT chapter in English bible that has notes. Switch to Hebrew bible WLC and then back to the English bible.

            At first the font looks great, then upon switching it looks bad and stays bad.

            I suspect this is a problem in the JDK.

                Hebrew font rendering in general has difficulties. Vowel pointing is offset to the left of where it should be in relationship to consonants, and cantillation points are jumbled up with vowels.

                The next release, already in the nightly build, has the ability to assign a font to each language or to each book/module. This is part of the Book installer.

                SIL has fonts which are excellent and open source. I don't know Hebrew well enough to know if those fonts solve the problem.
