Reverse High Contrast Theme problem

A reverse high contrast theme (white text on black) displays the book displays as black background and black text. Which is unreadable.

The attached files give a screenshot of the problem and the theme that demonstrates the problem.

The simple solution is to set the body background to white.

The proper solution is to allow the user to specify their own style sheet and to provide an ability to edit styles. The first is another "bug" and the latter should be a separate issue.
