Allow cut/copy to use different formatting from the on-screen view

I almost never want note markers in a pasted view, while they are generally useful in on-screen display

Frequently I don't want verse markers either, although I usually want them for on screen display.

Mostly I want only plain text in the pasted view, although sometimes Rich text would be useful

We should provide a way to allow users to select the formating of the clipboard without needing to alter the visible display
